At the time that individual seemingly goes to sleep, the dream world seems so real until “I” wakes up and realizes that it was just a dream; so it is that the time that individual wakes up from its sense of separation to realize that “me” was never separated. That is called freedom and liberation from duality.
The world and what is happening in the world are just an illusion. When individual beliefs, which are based on the feeling of lack and fear, are limited, its reaction to What-Is-Happening will be limited too, which indeed sustains the existence of a separate-self as a seeker. Meanwhile, what is being formed as an individual is still the appearing and disappearing of What-Is-Happening for no one.
The individual or worry-center thinks it is an entity who is making decisions but apparently, when “me” wakes up from a dream, it realizes that there was no “me” to decide to walk on the beach. It is the same with this reality that it is called life. There is no individual who is making a decision to drive a car instead of driving to the beach happens and there is a thought that is arising after the action taken to take ownership of what has happened. That is why the activities of “I” is always about condemning the past or worrying about the future because it is always colored by judgments.
The activities arising from an individual as a separate-self have apparently created impressions of cause and effect. The nature of me is based on separation, and so are its beliefs, which are based on the feeling of lack and fear. The individual believes something is lost, and it needs to find it. This push and pull apparently creates more of the same thing, therefore resulting in more seeking and more feeling of emptiness. The “I” is not going to realize the Truth of this in order to fill the gap of separation because its true nature is separation. The play of something is lost, and what “me” has to find will never end because nothing is missing.
Any intention by the individual to get somewhere or do something in order to find happiness outside of itself apparently creates a center and, therefore, a world of cause and effect. It is only the individual who cares about how the outcome should be because What-Is-Happening is not good enough, and “me” or the “worry-center” has to get to somewhere or something in the future to satisfy the need of being happy. This search will continue as the story of “I,” who is living a drama called “My-life.”
The individual is living in a bubble of illusion as long as it is commenting or judging what happened in the past and worrying about what is going to happen in the future, not in the truth of What-Is-Happening in this very moment.
No-Thing-Ness is apparently running through all the forms, arising and subsiding as the sensing of What-Is-Happening and also appearing as the limited appearance of “It-Self” by way of mind, body, and the world with no apparent reason.
There is no meaning to What-Is-Happening as the individual hopes for. It does not have any agenda, no purpose, no start, and no end. Apparently, it is free-flowing and happening to no one. Its essence is free from any agendas. It is What-Is-Happening, like the flow of the stream in the ocean and not at any time separate from its totality. It embraces everything because of its nature is “All-That-Is” that includes all. How can it separate itself?
