About Benaz

The very first-time Benaz was introduced to spirituality was in 1988, listening to an interview with Joseph Campbell. The discussion was about “Follow Your Bliss”. It was at that moment that the journey of so-called spirituality started, and so seeking the “Truth”.

For the next 28 years, she became obsessed with finding the “Truth”. She came across the spiritual self-study program of “Course in Miracle” and followed teachers such as Ramana Maharshi, J. Krishnamurti, Joel S. Goldsmith. However, she was mostly influenced by the teaching of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj. 

In 2016 she was exhausted and devastated by not finding the “Truth” and anxious about the sense of separation as the feeling of something being wrong. Later that year, there was a moment of deep understanding that the individual who is seeking and searching is the very obstacle that is veiling the “Truth”. With this clarity came the process of surrendering and gradually with the power of realization, came the process of dismantling of the sense of separation of “I” who was the seeker. What remained was an ordinary realization of What-Is-Happening in its true essence of No-Thing-Ness.

Her message could be heard as the remembrance of a journey from the sensing of What-Is-Happening, back to the sensing being “Self-Aware”, and to No-Thing-Ness, which is embracing All-There-Is as “Time-Less” and “Path-Less”.
